While riding his bike on the boardwalk at Pacific Beach, this 28-year-old gentleman fell and fractured his two front teeth. Root canal therapy was performed on his left central incisor. His right central incisor sustained multiple hairline fractures also. A decision was made to construct ceramic restorations on these two teeth to prevent further breakdown of tooth structure.


Temporary restorations were constructed to evaluate the overall esthetics. Note the closure of the gap between the two centrals.
