Radiographs reveal recurrent decay underneath the amalgam fillings on lower left first molar and second bicuspid. Porcelain fillings are to be constructed to conserve tooth strcuture.


Post-op photos: Porcelain onlays are bonded onto the two teeth. Observe the overall improvement in esthetics.
